Cape Town Stadium

I was not in Cape Town during the World Cup, so I did not have the opportunity to attend any games at this great stadium.  I went to the ABSA Premiership, Double Header at the stadium on Friday the 27th of August 2010 - and needless to say i was suitably impressed.

The only thing i must comment on, like i guess any other sports event, the sales of alcohol should be prohibited.  Although i enjoy some tipple myself from time to time, in a 'hot-pot' like a stadium it can raise aggressions.  We saw a number of fist fights, police having to intervine, etc - a bit of a dampener on a great evening.

New on the Block

Many of my fellow photographers use a blog to display and discuss some of their work.  They have commented that this has really helped them become more visible, but also to direct people to their website to review their work.
